I was directed to the website by the TN Department of Safety Carry Permit. I did not know if I needed digitascan or FD-258. The person I spoke with on the phone did not know. The person said I needed to choose one or the other. I chose FD-258. When I called the TN Department of Safety before the appointment, they said the company (Identigo, dba The Opal Group) will submit the document. When the agent arrived at my residence, she had an email where she needed to submit a picture of the FD-258 to the Opal Group. We had a question about the form and called the TN Department of Safety. The TN Dept of Safety said Identigo will have the information. We called Indentigo. The did not have the information. They said they do not provide the FD-258 to the TN Dept of Safety. Significant inconsistencies here.

I have yet to receive my paperwork. Where the hell is it. David Prentice

Terrible unexperienced notaries and unreliable customer service will not recommend dont waste your time or money

Notary did not show up, did not call.

I contacted them with the understanding that they were a paralegal company. I needed a service of a paralegal for a child modification case. Unfortunately they are just a notary service. And no one told me. I kept questioning them when I was asked to fill out the documents myself but no one told me anything. Documents were rejected twice. And when I asked for a refund, the supervisor thought it was funny and And was laughing. Almost $900 spent! I could've hire a lawyer with tgat money!!!!

Terrible! Wasn’t able to complete service and refused refund or discount. Robbery.
