What’s really scary to me is when you call up and show interest in a house and are referred to a realestate agent and the price that movoto gives you is not the same price the realestate person gives you and you call movoto back and want to trust them and and person on the other end has no clue what happened but you are pretty sure that the sellers children just upped the price knowing after 189 days still on the market finally Gotta catch and immediately upped the price in efforts to rip off. Shameful moving on. And wondering if this message will stay on this list.

This could be, as you stated, because the owners asked their listing agent to increase the price and our website relies on the information that the listing agent inputs to the MLS (Multiple Listing Services) to pull the correct data.
