Hello Keith, We would like to apologize for your experience. Unfortunately, the first agent was unavailable during the on-call connection. To expedite, so you can get connected as quickly as possible, we offered to connect you with a new agent within our network but seems you might of been looking for the listing agent's direct contact information. If seeking that information, please email us at [email protected] and we are more than happy to provide it.
