Should have read the reviews first. I setup an account and was having an issues with the app. I called and left a message but never heard back. If I try to leave another message it says I already left a message and can't leave another one.

they took my money more than $500 . scam company please avoid their service

This company is a criminal enterprise, full stop. They took my money with huge promises and then it was like I never existed. The app would not provide a transfer history, or even provide a accurate balance. There were no phone numbers to be found and there was no way to reverse the money they stole from my bank account. That was six months ago. I still have not seen a dime of my money

Movo banking app is sickest app that you could possibly imagine. This company is not even letting me to purchase anything from a common merchant websites. It is also deliberately frustrating me on every complaint I raise.

Well...I have to say I used to be a complete Movo supporter with their fast transactions,and no monthly fees.I've been using Movo for 2-3 yrs,and they were my go to for online transaction like eBay.However,once they locked my account due to a security issue,and now I can't load money onto my card.I call the customer service number only to get recordings on every category.I finally got an answer from one of the recordings that my card was about to expire,which is weird because my card doesn't expire for 2 months.The recording stated that they sent me a new card,and that it would take 6 business days for it to arrive.I checked their policy on new cards,which stated that it takes 7-10 business days before arrival.I'm not sure what to believe,as it has been 3 weeks since,and I called twice to make sure they were still sending the card.I've given up at this point,and am now looking for an alternative with no monthly fees.I'm tired of buying throw away cards from Walmart to do online shopping.

These people blocked my and then told me to go to a site to verify which was identified as dangerous site. Could not withdraw my money even after sending my details just got lucky to get my money all through *Lindakayaian &at& g=mal

scammers. Its been money months, they promised they will verify and then release the funds but so far nothing has been done!!! :( Contacted support many times Edit: No use. Scammers want me to give them all my documents etc for "verification"... they can't just refund my money. How can I or anyone else trust them?

I don't really know what have done wrong for MOVO too lock my account for almost 5 mouth, I tried getting the account opened but all my efforts isn't enough to get the account opened, pls I want you to look into it for my and get it done. Because I need my money
