My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the stretch class this past Saturday with Minah! We especially enjoyed the partner stretch portion. We look forward to more upcoming stretch classes with Move by Minah and would love more classes dedicated to partner work!

Aminah is knowledgeable, organized, and has great interpersonal skills. Her sessions are very relaxing and informative. If you’re struggling she doesn’t hesitate to assist you. At the end of each session she takes input from attendees on what they’d like to focus on for the next session.

Minah is a Godsend. I have been dealing with back issues for about 13 years. I have had no success with doctors. She listens and has created a movement routine that has helped tremendously. I've been seeing her for almost 5 months now and I can truly say that along with strength training, I'm seeing improvement. I wish I would have found her sooner.
