Game changer. I didn’t realize how much stretching could reduce pain and improve flexibility until I made it part of my routine. Aminah is incredible at what she does—knows exactly where to focus and how to get results. Now it’s my favorite midweek reset.

Loved having the live jazz artist. Amazing stretch experience and just what I needed after a week of high intensity workouts. I came heavy and left feeling light and relaxed. Minah is the best and definitely will be back for the next one!

Amazing!!! My whole body, muscles feel so light & relaxed! I was having shoulder pain everyday right after work, but I noticed a pleasant change after going to Minah! No more pain & aches! She’s simply the best!

From our in-person stretch sessions to my first taste of the chronic stretch series, I have enjoyed Aminah's professionalism and her ability to be personal and get to know her clients on a deeper wavelength. The past two months of attending sessions have helped my muscular fatigue levels lessen, which was evident via my last half-marathon, 10K and 5K - all which I PR'd in. I highly recommend attending any MoveByMinah session to get to know your body better and to experience how a plan will help guide you towards your aspiration.

Minahs service was amazing! I went in feeling extremely tight and came out relaxed. I wasn’t sure what I was going into but she made me feel comfortable. I will book again soon!

I have been working with Minah for nearly two years and am a huge fan. She has focused primarily on my flexibility and some lower back pain through her assisted stretch sessions. Minah has also incorporates a range of other techniques including different exercises, recommended personal stretching and diet. She’s professional, great energy and truly cares about you getting better!

I need to do more chronic stretching. Having a class dedicated to the craft is awesome! I learn so much and feel so great afterwards!
