moveBuddhaReviews of movebuddha.com

Helped me get a ballpark of my potential costs for the move, which helped a lot when filtering companies through their quotes. It also gave me the template of what to ask about and what to think about when planning the move.

Using moveBuddha was more efficient and effective than trying to do a broad search looking movers and find out who does a good job. Also, moveBuddha surfaced good movers that I had never heard of, not just the "usual suspects."

I was able to navigate this website easily. Made finding a mover much simpler. Numbers, websites, the works, everything to find a mover. And the movers were very helpful also. The hard part is the move. There is more, check them out for yourself.

This website has experiences from real people and it helped me to trust the reviews. MoveBuddha helped me a lot.

I used moveBuddha as a comparison and research tool while planning an interstate move. The website is well organized and makes it easy to compare different movers, estimated costs, and services in one place. It definitely saved time versus calling multiple companies individually. The educational content and calculators were helpful for understanding how pricing works and what to watch out for when dealing with movers. That said, it’s important to remember that moveBuddha is a matching and research platform, not the mover itself, so the actual experience still depends heavily on the company you choose. Overall, a useful starting point for researching movers, especially for long-distance moves. Just make sure to still do your own due diligence on the final company you hire.

It was easy to navigate and had a clear delineatoin of different ways to move--truck, pods, full-service, etc. I especially learned from reviews about brokers and why to not use them. It was super helpful and opened my eyes to a lot of issues I wasn't aware of. I also liked having reviews, pricing, services offered, and rating methodology all in one place rather than having to jump around to different sites. I also like that Movebuddha is a third-party and independent resource with a compilation of information for every aspect of the process, from what to look for in a mover, state by state guides, and even down to rating moving boxes and where to look for reduced or free boxes. I saved $100s from just learning that information, not to mention avoiding all of the potential pitfalls of working with a shady moving broker or company.

So, my move fell through, due to a change in plans, but they were the cheapest and offered immediate discounts as well. Regardless of who you choose, the box moving is overall cheaper than a moving truck. There customer service was nice, I spoke and emailed with 1 person and they stayed with me the whole time. I would recommend this company. My experience was good.

Older event but it was hard to find the right venue for a review. MoveBuddha does NOT response to any inquiries about the moving firm it recommends. My move was totally amateur --the packers left several boxes and when contacted they said, "tough luck not our problem" When I forwarded this to MoveBuddha I got a resounding ""silence"". AT least three attempts by email to contact MoveBuddha resulted in the same ""no answer.""
