I placed an order on August 8th, and despite saying on the website it should arrive between the 14th and the 22nd, it only shipped out on August 26th. Today is September second and still waiting…

I ordered a Wetsuits for Fishing and they showed me the delivery date between 22nd 30th of August, I sent and email to ask if I can get the my order a day before because I have to travel,,, I didn't get any response then I had no choice just to wait until the end of the month I still didn't get nothing no response no update about my order... Waste of money and time!!! No response Be aware and look for another website legit. When I checked my order on thier website it showed that still processing...

I ordered an item from this company. No update or delivery information. After a week I tried to contact them no answer via phone. I sent a number of emails no response. 4 days later I got a generic email saying they don’t hold all stock but my item would be delivered next week. 2 days later they cancelled my order. Complete waste of time. I’ll never buy from this company again.

Everything went wrong. First can’t contact anyone. Didn’t get my order. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Don’t order unless you just want to donate money. Very frustrating dealing with this company. It’s been 30 days still no one is telling me anything about my order even though I tried and tried to find out.

I have been trying to have a return processed and have yet to receive any communication in regards to my issue. I have reached out multiple times now and have been told that someone would be in touch and still no response. I would have made another purchase almost immediately had someone responded and processed my return.

Probably the worst service I have gotten. I placed an order on July 7, after a few days I reached out to them in regards to my order and they said the item was not in stock, they would ship it next week, the week past and several emails later they cancelled the order once I put a claim on affirm after a month. Worst customer service I’ve seen in a while.

Same story as the other folks who were duped by this company. They got my money, and I got nothing in return

Habe am 25.6. per Mail ein Seabike 2.0 im Wert von 261€ bestellt und auch bezahlt, aber weder eine Versandbestätigung noch die Ware erhalten. Die Firma hat mich anfänglich vertröstet, reagiert aber seitdem weder auf Email noch ist jemand per Telefon erreichbar. Anzeige bei der niederländischen Polizei ist erfolgt.
