Mousepad was a quality product but had a small visual defect. I reached out and they immediately offered to send me a replacement at no cost. Great customer service!

So I bought my brother one of their full metal alchemist desk mat designs and his reaction was priceless! The amount of customisability on their Etsy page for their products is amazing too! It was delivered very fast too! 10/10 would buy from again and will recommend to others!
