Constant problems with the Motu M2. After few months of trying to solve the issues, I finally contacted them and asked for a solution. First reply was fast and somewhat helpful but after I started dealing with the tech support, it just got nowhere. Tips were borderline useless and when I provided some additional info, they started ignoring me. The case is still open though, but I have little faith for the issue getting solved.

Customer service is sometimes very slow and the "troubleshooting" they have you do is sometimes pointless and wastes days and days of studio time. I record full time and my 1248 died while in the middle of a project. I have a temporary solution with half of the track count for now. I don't think I'll go with MOTU again in the future. :(
