Sent wrong part is had to pay shipping for return tracking said it arrived at their warehouse they did not receive it according to them..... never again absolutely do not use this company there are hundreds of others ro order from... shit costumer service

I returned my order (#83290) and the package was delivered back to them — DHL tracking 3113575043 proves it. So right now, Motomillion has the products AND my money. Both. Their rep Emmanuel told me by email on August 31st that the refund would go out "that same day." It never happened. When I followed up, the story suddenly changed. Now DHL was the one refunding me? I bought from Motomillion, not DHL, which makes zero sense. After that, they just stopped replying to my emails completely. A month into this ordeal, and their customer service just promises, stalls, changes the story, and then ignores you. I've now been forced to open a dispute with my bank. I'll update this review if Motomillion ever resolves this. Avoid this store. Not worth the risk.

Extremely impressed with how quickly my order arrived. Everything was packed securely with real care to prevent any damage. Premium parts and hassle-free service. Highly recommend!

I previously left a scathing review of Motomillion but, they contacted me and resolved the issue. I only give 4 stars because I did have a previous issue with customer support but, they did go the extra mile to sort this out and I DO appreciate that.

The absolute best motorcycle parts, quality and customer service are second to none!

Loved the videos on YouTube, and was instantly hooked by the way you can tell it's ran by a real enthusiast. I've placed around 5 orders by now and it has only been a couple of months, and I get the best communication in the game. It's very refreshing, especially for a local U.S company based in Miami. Will be placing more orders, in the future, especially when I get into the carbon fiber spree! 10/10

Fast shipping and great service. Ordered a bunch of parts including carbon fiber and exhaust system for my Panigale V2 after watching their Youtube video. Received my products pretty fast even though I am in Canada. When I had a question about an item I received, they answered my question better than my local dealer could. Very happy with my purchase!
