Terrible COTA 2025 Apex experience
Liars, Liars, pants on fire….I was at the 2025 COTA race in Texas. I got the best package they offered (apex) because this was a once in a lifetime thing for me. First off, the information from moto gp was terrible! They didn’t give us the final plans until the day before I left for COTA. The hotel they gave us (Marriott Downtown) was extremely subpar. The sheets and blankets were dirty, things didn’t work, the shower leaked all over the floor and the carpet was gross. So I get to the arena and we go up to that premier apex suite which was not so great as advertised . Also I pretty much ended up sitting in that room the whole two days as the hosts did not do a good job telling us where we could go and not to go. I got more information from another guest I met there than any of the hosts. Also when Jack and Alex & Randy came in it was mere minutes, and I couldn’t see anything because all the star struck rude men gathered right in front, not a care for the shorter females and shorter people in general. It was a joke! My whole $6000.00 experience was sitting in subpar lounge and sitting on the empty grandstands right out the door of lounge which has to be the worst view in the whole place. I missed out on so much just because of this inept company. Even to this day we still haven’t received our “gifts” because they can’t seem to get it together after almost a month! I paid $6000us for a maybe $2000.00 experience (and that’s being generous). Oh one last thing..the garage and paddock tour was a complete joke. We were shoved into the back like sardines and it lasted all of 10 minutes. I do not recommend at all..if there is some way of getting tickets without the use of this company, I’d recommend doing that and just figure it out on your own. That company that sells the tickets (Quint Events), should be put out of business and the whole moto gp events need to be looked at closely by BBB and places of the sort! They claim to love all of the fans so much but then take our money and straight up lie to us! Also just read the feedback under mine and they say they interacted with a CEO named Brian Raidy, well I was told the name was Brian Haines, as he’s the one that sold me the package. They are such liars and scammers it’s unreal and over a month now, still waiting for that wonderful gift we were promised. Also the gifts offered were crap when I did get to see them, there was one Rossi pic (which most people will want), Casey stoner, and maverick ..other that that you get your name on a flag that most people are not even going to be at, not to mention I already have one I bought from COTA. So it’s all a huge scam! The worst thing about it is they are CRUEL to lie and build up a expensive experience that most of us will never be able to afford again. If I ever go again, I will not be using this raggedy a** company. Super ticked off to this day…….Thank you.

My name is Daniel Higgins. I am VP of Guest Experiences for QUINT/MotoGP Premier. I have read through this review and all of its edited versions. There are numerous inaccurate statements and assumptions made in this review. Rather than litigate this on Trust Pilot I have reached out directly to Patricia to discuss. It is of the utmost importance to our organization that we provide our customers with an incredible experience. When we fall short of that, we always take the time to work with our customers to review the experience and provide recompense in the instances where we have responsibility. Major sporting events always come with challenges, but this particular package has been offered year over year at Circuit of the Americas with little or no complaints. That said, if a customer has a bad experience we are always willing to listen and then work with the customer on fair resolution. As indicated I have reached out directly to Patricia to have a discussion on these matters. If you did not receive my email, you can contact me at [email protected] to schedule time to speak.

Bref : Achetez vos places autrement. Ils ne méritent ni votre argent, ni votre confiance, ni votre TEMPS.

Apologies, I do not speak French. My name is Daniel Higgins. I am VP of Guest Services for QUINT/MotoGP Premier. I will state that much of what is being complained about in the above review is not without merit. This customer is correct about the late change in seating for this race. I am unable to see who this customer is as the name associated with this review does not match any orders in our system. That is not to say that they did not attend because clearly they did attend via one of our packages. I will vehemently disagree with statements such as "they treated us like idiots" or that we have disregard for our clients. Customer experience is the life blood of our organization because without that we would simply not survive. The ticketing issue with this race is fully our responsibility, and when we get things wrong or make mistakes that adversely impact our customer's experience we always seek to have direct conversations with aggrieved customers to fully understand their points and then work towards a mutually agreed upon solution. I would invite you to reach out to me directly to have a substantive conversation regarding next steps. You can reach out to me directly at [email protected] to set up a time for us to speak. I truly look forward to speaking with you soon.

Moto GP Premier added unnecessary…
Moto GP Premier added unnecessary stress to my weekend. What the experience entailed, where and when to meet were communicated to my spam email at the last minute. By the time I understood when & where I was supposed to meet, (with only GPS coordinates having been provided, not much use with a rapidly dying phone battery), it was too late. I missed my paddock & garage tour. A simple statement such as “meet at Moto GP Village” entrance at 12:20PM would made it crystal clear, instead of an email easter egg hunt. I suppose that’s too much to expect an extra $700. It was a rip off and a bad experience all around, putting me in a crap mood when I should have been enjoying the entire experience. For $700 all I got was a few slices of bread, some dip, and a few grapes, along with a bad tasting glass of water while listening to Maverick answer the same questions he’s been are asked a thousand times already.
In my opinion, the Premier Pass was anything but.
Never again.

The Meo Chicane ticket never again!!!
In general, the experience did not meet the expectations I had. I will list the negative points:
The Meo stand was very far from the meeting point for the start of the experience, and the event was scheduled right after the most important MotoGP class practice session. After investigating the situation in the morning, I chose to purchase a new ticket for the covered stand on the main straight, which resulted in an increase of €165 in price. This change of stand was the best option, as I was closer to the action without having to make long walks and waste time in an already quite limited experience for its price.
There was a lack of access to equipment and accessories available for purchase during the event. Not even a hat was offered by MotoGP or Pramac.
The Q&A session with the pilot Jorge Martin was very short, with only two or three minutes of questions and a group photo. Furthermore, the group photo seems to have been only for the use of MotoGP Premier, which is extremely frustrating. I even bought a shirt from the pilot hoping he would sign it during the event. Considering it was the Portuguese GP, I expected the invited pilot to be Miguel Oliveira.
However, there were positive aspects:
The guided tour of the Paddock was exceptional. All the guides were very helpful and offered precise answers to our questions. The experience deserves five stars due to the quality of the service.
The session in the Pramac hospitality building was very informative and offered the opportunity to interact with some equipment. This part of the experience was quite pleasant and enlightening.
I hope these points help provide comprehensive feedback on your experience at the MotoGP event.
