Best Customer Service Ever!!
I don't even know where to start, I have so many wonderful things to say about the customer service I received. A huge thanks and shout out to the representative Colin that assisted me. If there were an option to give a higher rating than 5 stars, Colin definitely deserves the very best. It started with a simple question that I had regarding my website, and in no time at all, Colin was able to resolve my issue that I was having. I needed more assistance with figuring out how my template worked, and Colin guided me step by step. I explained what I wanted out of the template and to the best of my ability I was able to get my idea across, and Colin saw my vision of what I wanted with the website template! Colin provided me with some self help links so that I am able to reference them at a later time. With how things are nowadays, customer service plays a huge part in the success of the company. It doesn't matter if you are at the top or at the bottom, the employee represents the company and the values that it has. This by far has been the best customer service I have ever received and through the chat as well! I have had other experience with other companies with their chat support team and they usually try to answer the question and disconnect, or if the question or problem to long for them they disconnect. Not Colin though, he truly represents the best of the best in my opinion, and it is because of this that I will continue to happily use MotoCMS.
