Thank you very much for choosing us! We were happy to help you in the initial stages of creating your website. Also, thank you for your comments regarding the currency of payment. Unfortunately, we have to inform you that we're an international company and we accept payments USD currency. Anyway, the payment systems used on our website will automatically convert your bank account currency into USD while arranging an order. We have to pay your attention that a modern website should be very well optimized in order to be ranked high by search engines. In the other words, in order to stay high in search results, a website should load fast, while fast load depends on the page size and the size of media objects on website pages. The smaller page and media objects are, the faster it loads and the better SEO ranks is. So the subscription you're subscribed to is advertised as a website. A website template with admin panel and some "bonus" features included (like hosting for this website, domain, SSL, email etc.) in order to make website launch stressless for you as our customer. It's not advertised as a shared or dedicated hosting. 500M is more than enough for a regular website of a company. We do not advertise this subscription as a solution with unlimited hosting for enterprise products or as a media storage, so there's no need to provide more than 500M within the "free hosting" option. Big media data used on modern sites is usually hosted on cloud media hosting (like YouTube), while 500M should be enough for the main website data (optimized images, pages information, system files etc.) We have never advertised the hosting to be unlimited. In case you found any place on our website or social media saying the free hosting included in this package is unlimited, please send us a link to such a resource, we'll fix that. We will do everything so that you don't regret your choice, thank you for helping us become better!

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, we have to disagree with you. MotoCMS is a unique product created by our developers. It provides two different pricing plans (lifetime license to host on your server and yearly license while we host it), lifetime updates, many different features and free support. We have never seen such a feature-packed and optimized website builder software for free or with better price. You can try any of our templates in a free two week demo to see the advantages by yourself!

Здравствуйте, Константин! Мы рады, что Вам нравится MotoCMS как продукт. Нам очень жаль, что Вы несколько разочарованы в услугах, предоставляемых компанией, но позвольте прояснить несколько моментов: наша команда технической поддержки не смогла решить проблему с формой связи в системе заявок в течение официальных 6 часов времени ответа техподдержки, поэтому отправили запрос разработчикам. На этот запрос был дан ответ в соответствующей заявке №248723. Как было определено, проблема не в коде MotoCMS, а в конфигурации Вашего сервера, ввиду чего Вам было предложено либо обратиться к хостинг-провайдеру чтоб они разобрались в настройках их сервера, либо альтернативное решение (в виде использования SMTP). К сожалению, мы не получили никакого ответа от Вас в заявке службы технической поддержки №248723, поэтому отправили напоминание, после которого через 3 дня тишины закрыли заявку, как решенную (так как, во-первых, проблема не на стороне MotoCMS, а на стороне Вашего хостинг-провайдера, а во-вторых, было предложено решение проблемы). Спасибо за Ваше сотрудничество с нами. Надеемся, какое-то из решений, предложенных специалистами техподдержки, сработает, и Ваше мнение как о продукте, так и о сервисах, предоставляемых нами, будет положительным, а сотрудничество долгосрочным и плодотворным!
