John Novac did an amazing job for me. I cannot say enough about this experience. If I could give him more stars I would. In a day where great customer service is hard to come by, especially online, he delivered as star performance. My site went down and instead of passing the problem on to the next technician or back to the hosting company, he asked a few questions, dug in, rolled up his sleeves and worked through the problem. He stayed with me through chat the whole, while working on it, and stayed the course until the site was up. Having your site down can cause all kinds of problems, and this was not good timing for us. Thanks to John we're back in business.
