quick and good support

My site was down for a month...back and forth with Hosting Service changing DNS, changing PHP...nothing worked! Rod from MotoCMS explained to me that I need to migrate to Moto3. I am strapped for time, and desperately needed site up ASAP...He went into my coding and had my site live in less than FIVE MINUTES! Awesome, awesome, awesome! Thank you Rod, for taking a huge weight off my shoulder!!!

After a very frustrating experience with MOTO-CMS Marcus Levinsky was able to connect me to a project manager to handle my issue directly over the phone. I understand this is not traditional for MOTO CMS but Marcus made it happen and they should be commended for that. Marcus is a true professional and deserves recognition by their organization's leadership for their excellent client management skills. If someone is reading this from Marcus's team -- they deserve a raise.
