I am writing to formally express my concerns and dissatisfaction with Motaword’s current cancellation policy. I believe the policy, as it stands, is unfair and potentially abusive towards clients, specifically in the limited window provided for cancellations.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent experience with MotaWord. We would like to clarify that the cancellation request came after the document was already translated and delivered, fully meeting the agreed-upon scope of the project. As outlined in our terms of service, cancellations after project completion are not eligible for refunds. This policy ensures fair compensation for our translators who have already invested their time and expertise into fulfilling your request. While we empathize with your desire for flexibility, I hope you understand that honoring agreements and respecting the work of our translators is vital to maintaining a sustainable and ethical business model.
