Ordered a product through the Shop app, which told me the package was delivered, but it was not. Two emails to Mostarle have not been responded too. I'm feeling dumb - don't trust these wankers.

I placed my order on December 16th and it still has not been shipped nor have I received any shipping updates or responses to my emails. I will have to report to BBB and write a not so nice reddit review. This was supposed to be a gift for my future son in law and I was so excited to give it to him because it fits him so well. I am so very disappointed. My order number is #MO29617

While they may sell nice little projects, the company behind them is terrible. Don’t expect quick shipping or quick replies or customer service that will satisfy your problem. Ordered with express shipping on December 8. I reached out 3 times before getting a response that they were behind on processing. They shipped the next day, but did not send with express and this item did not arrive by Christmas. They will not refund my express shipping even though it was their fault. Somebody didn’t have their gift until after the holidays. So with them shipping from a foreign country, you are basically rolling the dice with Mostarle. Take your chances! Never again for me.

Chargeback is the only way to go with this place. They are easy to file and you receive your money back instantly while the bank goes after them, so do not believe their other response that it’s a long drawn out process. They don’t like it because they get a fee and possible blacklisting. Though they won’t answer their customer service phone they started calling me in the middle of the night (11pm) and leaving garbled messages from their number as harassment for the chargeback they lost. My phone is shut off so I don’t care really, just rather funny.

They never respond to emails (phone number is bogus) and ship time has long since come and gone. Took my money, guess it's gone.

Do not place orders with this company you will never recieve your order. They always just fob off and blame to many orders.

I ordered from their website on the 07.12.2025, expecting 7-15 days for shipping. Order number MO25165, 2110 CZK, paid in full. Since then, no replies on my emails. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but even now no information on the order. No reply on the request of cancellation and refund. Skam.

Ordered December 4th 2025. It was supposed to be in transit I have contacted Mostarle after no tracking number was supplied. They eventually gave be an Evri tracking number but Evri have never received it. I have contacted Mostarle since but can only get an auto response. I have asked for a refund but no response. Evri have classified this as CUB01 which I believe they use for scam parcels. I am now will be passing details to my credit card company to investigate Mostarle.
