I placed my order on November 28, and unfortunately it arrived only on December 29. The delivery took much longer than expected, and for quite some time I didn’t receive any updates or replies about where my package was. Later on, I was informed that the order had been shipped and was given a tracking number. I understand that the seller probably didn’t anticipate such a high volume of orders before the New Year, but I do hope they will work on improving their communication and logistics so this won’t happen again. That said, everything was packed very well and arrived in perfect condition. The product looks high quality, exactly as described, and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Assembling it was genuinely enjoyable. Yes, the communication with customers could definitely be better, and that slightly affected my overall impression. However, in the end, the wait was worth it. This is a real store, and overall I’m happy that I ordered my Christmas gift here. Thank you, Iris, and I hope future experiences will be even smoother.

I am the proud recipient of 3 Mostarle puzzles. The butterfly, mayfly and dragonfly. I have finished the Mayfly and it is beautiful. Just finishing the butterfly and I will post pics! All of my puzzles were ordered late November and early December and they all arrived without an issue. Any questions I have had have been answered and most recently Iris has been very helpful regarding questions about ordering a spider. I just thought a positive review is needed as things are still operating and their products are beautiful. I am ordering the plasma spider now :) Happy 2026!

I have had a very positive experience with this company, particularly the very kind customer service I received, from Iris :) Please give them a chance before reading all the negative reviews as they have been unexpectedly swamped with orders over the Christmas period and are doing all they can to get through it and make their customers happy. I can assure you that they are very much a REAL company and the products are unique and very, very cool.

The etched patterns on the dragonfly’s wings catch the light in a way that highlights the intricate metallic veins.This assembly was surprisingly detailed, requiring steady hands to secure the delicate thorax to the main body. The package included a set of specialized precision tools, which helped prevent any scratching on the polished iridescent surfaces during the build.
