I ordered on the 4th December. Today is the 19th. I Wrote several Mails and got no reply. No delivery and no Notification That Sommething might be on the way. I will refund my Money via Credit Card. Very poor service! Can not recommend it to Anyone.

Order: MO26014 I placed an order on December 8th with express shipping. I have yet to receive any correspondence from the company even after failed attempts to reach them. Upon doing more searching multiple people have had this issue with their orders. Often leading to the order never being fulfilled. I will personally be disputing this with my bank as fraudulent and will be reporting the website to the better business bureau in hopes to eliminate this problem for others in the future. To be a niche and small company is one thing, but to have improper management practices, poor customer service, and to be careless with other’s finances is another. ————— 12/22: I received my refund two days after I received an email stating my order was cancelled. Although, the promptness in that was appreciated, it still doesn’t make this whole situation okay. I truly hope this website gets taken down or at least maybe more people will see these reviews.

My order still hasnt be sent and not even shipped, and I ordered on 13th of December. Seems like scam... I would like to hear about my order or at least get my money back.

ORDER #MO25496 Ordered on 7th December for Christmas delivery - No response to any emails or contact form. No delivery or dispatch details. No communication whatsoever, just took the money. Total scam. Avoid.

Order MO19583. This was ordered on 29th November. As others had said no communications to say about a delay. Only today do I get an email to say it is finally being shipped, so will not arrive in time for Christmas bearing in mind it seems to be coming from China directly. Website stated 10-15 days for delivery - 20 days before even being dispatched is unacceptable:-(

I placed an order (#MO20333) on November 30th and haven't heard anything yet apart from the order confirmation. This was a Christmas present for my son, and now it seems I have to find a replacement gift in a hurry! If my order has not yet been shipped, I would like to cancel and get a refund.

I ordered a gift for my son for Christmas on the 5th and haven’t heard anything yet, still not shipped or updated at all on Shop app. I tried emailing and no reply. My order is # MO24029. It’s a shame because I really thought my son would love the gift but I don’t think we’ll get it. I’d like to cancel the order but they won’t respond to my communications!
