I ordered a RC aircraft kit on the 6th of February 2021 - after a month write an email asking where my package was. "Be patient package in England customs". Wrote approx ever 2 weeks or so and got the same reply. Sometimes they added that their PO had contacted ours and be patient a bit longer. After 10 weeks I had had enough and lodged a complaint through Paypal. On the very same day, Paypal contacted me to say they had found in my favour and I was being reimbursed my money. There was no package. They fob you off hoping you will just forget it and they keep the money. Paypal found in my favour in less than I hour and no proof I had contacted Moshi. (I had it ready to send to PayPal) DONT deal with them, SCAM.

Purchased a Moshi Otto Q wireless charger in January, 2020, and registered it on 2/3/20. The unit worked well, and I was impressed by the warranty. The unit stopped working less than one year after purchase. I contacted Moshi customer service over a month's time by multiple emails, and forwarded additional information and a video of the unit not functioning, as they requested. Customer service has not made any effort to help me, or offer to repair or replace the faulty unit. Don't assume when purchasing a Moshi product that the company will honor their warranty. Let the buyer beware.

£20 shipping for a screen protector which costs £35 is just ridiculous, no free return, warehouse in Netherlands, stopped the glass pass programme which was the only reason they were a viable option- never using them again

Appalling customer service. Website stating incompatible compatibility with my device and then company refusing to cover my return delivery expenses after paying a hefty £20 delivery on purchase in the first place. Better to stick with Apple products! Stay away

In January 2018, I purchased a Moshi Stealthcover Folio Case for my iPhone X. The blurb on their website would have you believe that their product is the best in the world. It most certainly is not. My initial issue with the Stealthcover was phone usage. Every person I spoke to on my X complained about the quality of my speech until I removed the Stealthcover then there was clarity in my speech. Since then, the Stealthcover has had the following issues; 1. The magnetic clip “securing” the front to the back fell off. 2. The screen cover cracked. 3. The spine of the cover is now peeling apart. Moshi claim that they use the finest components and that they adhere to rigorous manufacturing standards. I would wholeheartedly disagree with that claim. I have emailed them requesting a refund but they have refused quoting their 30 day refund policy. So, if their product is crap you’re unlikely to find out within 30 days, are you? The Stealthcover is not a great product and Moshi are not a customer satisfying company.
