Mortgage Solutions FinancialReviews of mortgagesolutions.net

Isa, Anne, and Emilia were great, diligent, knowledgeable, and very professional! I was very reluctant at the very beginning for my own reasons. Isa, my loan officer, took my hand and walked me through the entire process. She explained the process step by step until the end! The working relationship developed between Mortgage Solutions and my realtor was second to none. Isa called and provided me with "Clear to Close"! A few months of this and that led me to a "Home Owner"! Isa followed up with me on the day of closing and days later to be sure "All Was Well"! Thank You Isa, Anne, and Emilia - Mortgage Solutions

Not a paid actor . I woke up in my own home thanks to this company. I was denied by two other lenders because of 5 year old credit debt . I did not think it was possible to own a home . I seen the ads on Facebook and was skeptical. Is the company perfect no . But I was able to close on my home in 33 days ! So grateful.

My husband and I are writing this to let you know that there is someone you can go to when all the others have said No! Dallas Frye from mortgage solutions . From the first phone call he gave us hope, guidance and a path to home ownership, his first words to us were yes sir , I can help you ! We like to shout out to everyone that if you need help , reach out to the best mortgage broker , Dallas Frye and his team for an amazing experience, and now we own our home .thank you Dallas , we are forever thankful!

We had the best experience with Darren Patleo, he went above and beyond to get us approved. If it wasnt for mortgage solutions we would not be in our beautiful house. Thank you Darren and mortgage solutions.

Everything was smooth help was great the staff was very helpful I didn’t have no trouble everything was easy to understand which made this a very successful experience thank you Jared, Alisha and Angie

We had the best experience with our loan officer Amanda Rutherford. She went over and beyond along with loan processor Taysa Tipton. They really made our home buying exceptional experience. We are recommended them to our family and friends. Every obstacle we encountered they were right there to guide us through it. Thank you all and we will be forever grateful.

Are you on the same boat as me? Looking at the reviews thinking you made a mistake going forward with the mortgage application? Well you did not! I believe most reviews that are bad are due to people not submitting the required documents or following up with their loan officer. My Loan officer was Isa Bryant NMLS #2478021. As a first time VA home buyer she kindly described all the steps that we would go through and made sure I understood everything. Even with my really bad questionable credit we were able to work it out in the end. Closed on time and closing went out super smooth. I am happily now enjoying my new home. I believe the Mortgage Solutions Team doesn't receive the credit they deserve. If the questionable reviews have you hesitating, don't anymore!!

Mr. Paul Marquis, Mr. Brady Shepherd and the entire loan processing and underwriting team did an outstanding job from start to finish of the home approval process keeping me informed where I was in the process to 'Closure'. Quick turnaround and constant follow-ups with me as a customer made me feel involved and aware the entire time. The team understood my circumstances and did its very best to convey with the builder/seller/realtor and underwriters the entire time. Thank you to the Entire Mortgage Solutions Team helping this military veteran and my Family.
