Morocco ToursReviews of moroccotours.org

We were a group of older siblings all of whom travel widely. We found our tour to be every thing we expected.

We used Morocco Tours and they provided a knowledgeable and experienced guide (Namir) an excellent vehicle and a well thought out itinerary that was not too packed but still gave us the feeling that we saw the best Morocco has to offer.

Terrific tour

I can’t say enough about Morocco Tours. They listened to what we wanted to do and built a custom tour that included everything we were looking for and more. We wanted to explore the Kem Kem fossil beds and other fossil sites and hit a few tourist sites. Morocco Tours found us a guide with extensive experience across Morocco and a geologist to take us to the dig sites. Everything was wonderful!

Morocco Tours was a perfect find for the kind of trip my friend and I wanted to plan: private, affordable, but not budget-level, and seeing as much of Morocco as made sense to cram into eight days, including our air travel. They did an incredible job recommending where to go, what to see and where to stay. But the true magic comes from the guide you get paired with, in our case Youssef, a one-man history lesson, driver, welcome wagon, fixer, and local mayor all in one. He was charming, funny, extremely well-versed in history of everything we saw, exceedingly polite and at the same time also warm, friendly, and just a lot of fun to be around. He gave us great recommendations of where to go and what to do -- and not do -- in the very few hours a day we weren't with him (in the evenings). And when we found ourselves taken by the predictable insults of being American tourists in a foreign land -- overpaying for Mendhi because we forgot to negotiate a price up front, being a little harassed by the snake charmers because they wanted another coin or two -- Youssef was offended and insistent on trying to set things to rights, for his own sense of fairness. Oh, and he helped me negotiate prices on items I wanted to take home more than once, being muc more aggressive on my behalf than I could ever have done for myself. So YES, Morocco Tours, but extra special triple golden shining TRIPLE YES to Youssef.

I have no reservations about recommending this company. Very professional, great driver and itinerary and would use them again in a heartbeat. Enjoy Morocco!

This was one of the best tours I have been on . I took my youngest daughter and we could not have enjoyed ourselves more . We traveled the country with a most knowledgeable and personable driver/guide ( Mohamed " Happy" Laaziz ) and had excellent local guides in every city . All the sights ( and sites ) we were shown were very interesting and our accommodation could not be faulted . I would ( and have ) recommend Morocco Tours to all my friends .
