This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud I ordered a rug based on the price quoted while browsing the website and selected my desired size. However a much higher amount was taken from my credit card After contacting them on the day of the purchase that there was a mistake and I need a refund, I got a response via email that said I was charged the correct amount. I contacted them via Whatsapp, and they said they would refund me. However after 2 weeks - no rug and no money. When I contacted them again, they said that "due to a cyber attack" they cannot give me the refund and I would need to go via my bank. So this is now in discussion with my credit card company. This is a SCAM and not a reputable company
