I called to have my payment postponed for a day. Galem was one of the best CSR's I've encountered. He was kind, empathetic, responsive & summarized my progress after 4 months. I'm very hopeful that my credit will improve within a couple of months. I'm overall satisfied & reps like Galem make it a better day.
