I was in the PPI lawsuit and was also ripped off by Morgan and Morgan as well as Archer. Thousands of plaintiffs in this lawsuit are finding out that the money taken out for CMS holdbacks are fraudulent. I've contacted a attorney but in reality we more likely than not waved our rights when we signed our paperwork. Morgan and Morgan knew about it yet continued to support them and who knows may have been involved with a kickback. If I can't get an attorney then I plan to do a media blitz and also contact the courts involved with the settlement in New Jersey. There's strength in numbers and if you want justice join me in bringing both Morgan and Morgan and Archer.

I have to say this is the worst law firm that I’ve ever dealt with. They’re not professional. I did a Social Security disability claim with them and if I would’ve known what I know now I pretty much did it by myself everything that the SSA looked at was information that I sent they sent maybe one or two letters and they even told me that they couldn’t get in contact with my lawyer’s office. They try to stretch it out to the end so they can get the maximum amount they called me a week before 60 days of an appeal to say we need to get it in before 60 days and I had to tell them that I filed the appeal. The next date that it was denied I actually call the guy that was over it and ask him what was going on with my case, he said, let me look in the computer and see what’s going on. Said oh they’re still deciding it could be another six weeks to two months. I see why I’m letting you know that I have already won the case the appeal and I should be receiving money so and he just paused so this is not a company that’s for the people they are for the money. Please stay away. I’m telling you to try to save you from doing something you could do yourself and then after I left a review on their website, the case manager or associate call me and ask me like what was going on what else could they do to help? Give me my money back that you don’t deserve and he said OK thank you and hung up wow, that’s all I could say..

This is just my opinion of what happened with my case Morgan Morgan was terrible I had a very rude case handler and all I got for my injuries was about $34,000 I still can't go back to work I can barely walk more than 10 minutes I had to have spine surgery. And my accent happened on November 7th. I would highly not recommend Morgan & Morgan to anyone they completely screwed me over I have no money left and I cannot work standing up at the job that I had working for the state of Florida.

worst law firm in New York. They never helped me. I was stuck every step of the way. I was the only one reaching out. my lawyer changed three times and i only knew because I constantly called. the second lawyer is the only one who moved the case forward. To make matters worst almost a year later when I went for a pre settlement loan they revealed they didn’t do a proper investigation. they investigated every section of the steps but the steps I fell down. 0/10 worst lawyers ever

It was the worst experience ever I would never recommend anyone to them ever. My husband was in an awful car accident. He was at a red light and some teenagers slammed into him going 45 miles an hour totaled my car. He was knocked out at the scene thrown across the intersection was sent to trauma in the hospital was hurt really really bad. We were at a total loss financially and physically and for no reason at all, they decided to drop our case with no explanation no call nothing they are the worst firm ever. They left us with Dr. bills and everything please whatever you do do not trust them. They do not care about you. They are a fraud.

Morgan & Morgan accepted my claim, they told me to tell everybody that they were representing me. After about a month of having my case, they dropped me no reasons nothing. I guess I'm not a quarter of a million dollar client. So they drop me like I was a piece of crap. I would not recommend them at all.

So I called this Place because I am Bipolar and have been through 6 surgeries I get transferred and do my spell to see if I could get some help. Tha dumbass on the phone said we don't give legal advice. Well dumb fuck what good are you. I will never use or call these shit lawyers again. Ass clowns
