So far, I am seeing nothing is being done, and I am concerned that all of this "nothing" and refiling/resubmitting the same paperwork without communication or updates or records is going to be at a huge cost. I would have done better on my own. Truly. Original person assisting left position, and I had been communicating with an abandoned email. There is so much that has happened that is both unprofessional and unhelpful. I want a letter of withdrawal. It's too late for anything good to come from this, and I'd advise people to look elsewhere. Trying to get help from the office when the person being employed to build your case is MIA is a nightmare. They are so rude, and you can get the run around. I requested a new representative. I have contacted the old one 3 times without hearing back, and no word from M&M. They do not like to be bothered. The name on my paperwork is different from the 2 individuals who were assisting me. I am at a loss. Who is building my case? NO ONE.

They aren't for the people there for their self. And they drag out your case and do nothing. And it was a simple case but they have a lot of excuses after 3 years.

I made the biggest mistake hiring Morgan and Morgan, in the beginning they were right on, it's been 17 months, I have no idea the status of my case, no communication, when I called and talked to the Case Manager, she said they did not receive hospital records which was sent, they are lost--think twice about putting your injury case in their hands

Avoid at all costs Regrettably, I failed to do due diligence on M&M Sarasota/Bradenton before signing with them. Let me add my one/zero star to their uniformly abysmal reviews. I was hit by a car in a crosswalk. M&M courted me for my business. They were attentive until they learned that the motorist who hit me was underinsured and had few assets. Thanks to my having paid premiums for years, my car insurance’s uninsured motorist clause provided my sole, meager “settlement,” which was sent to M&M a few weeks after my accident. My federal health insurance sought a portion of my so-called settlement through a process called subrogation. Without consulting with me, M&M negotiated a split with the subrogation agent. End result? After one year of poor-to-nonexistent communication and promises of action not taken, M&M’s share of my check MORE THAN DOUBLED what I pocketed personally, as I had already paid some medical bills myself. When I protested, their tone of communication turned threatening. Given the David vs. Goliath odds, I agreed to their thievery. But while signing, I harkened back to what the attorney told me on our single phone call. “Regardless of the factual scenario … you end up winning,” he said. We won’t “leave you out in the cold and give you a check for 5 bucks” and take the rest of it. Liar.

Wow I wish I had read these reviews before I had gotten involved with them. They got me with one of their lawyers. He said he was in ft Lauderdale. After taking their 40%plus taxes and fees. He took another $9,274.97 which he said had to go in a trust for 90 days in case I have debtors involved with my case such as medical expenses. Even after I object and him making me sign a disclaimer that such debtors can’t go after them. I had no debtor. Because the case took so long I ended up paying little by little whatever I could because I did not want it going against my credit. When the 90 days where up I wrote him an email find out how I will be getting the rest of the money from the “trust”. He never replied to my email. When I called their number, he nor his paralegal never answered or returned my call. I called the office and spoke to secretary and left messages he never returned my call. What I would like to know is. what happened to the rest of my money that he took

Terrible customer service period. Doesn't support our Military nor will they take workers comp claims against Federal Government. They prioritize high value claims only... NOT RECOMMEND.. SEMPER-FI

They do not communicate with clients. They do not return emails or calls and only send templates that say nothing about your particular case. I am reporting them to the bar if I do not see prompt improvement.

Morgan and Morgan are crooks. I treated poorly and It was like I didn't even have a lawyer. They beat me out of money too. They ended up getting more money from my case then I did. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. RUN AWAY. IF YOU WANT TO GET PAID.
