I ordered a backpack from morethanabackpack.com that my son really wanted. I took a chance. It was expensive and fell apart in less than a month. I contacted customer service and they never responded. Avoid this site at all costs!

SCAM COMPANY. Take your money and never deliver. Upon contacting the courier myself as more than a backpack were useless I found out the item was being returned to the seller so now I am chasing up a refund and still now contact from more than a backpack. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are thieves!

Bag broke after 3 weeks of use. Both zippers broke, the step snapped and the leg of the cute key ring toy fell off! The reviews on their website must be fake. Overpriced rubbish. DO NOT BUY!!!!! Regretting not doing my research before buying.

I was so disappointed that the sling bag is not genuine leather! Some kind of “pleather”. And watch closely for a “return”. The process of just FINDING out HOW to return it, is exhausting. With their “our story” on their initial page is deceiving, they are NOT in the USA. You need to send your “sales receipt” inside, a photo of your “receipt” of mailing it (then email that photo to them) of course in same packaging, to either the United Kingdom (for a partial refund) OR China for a full refund! But I was MOST disappointed that it wasn’t real leather!

Within 3 months of buying a vintage backpack, a buckle had fallen off in use, an email to customer service had a response that they are only warrantied for 1 mth, offered me a 30% discount on replacement buckle 3 weeks ago to which I responded to with a "tes-pls provide details on how i progress" - nothing since after 2 followups. AVOID

Well...well...well! This company is a major fraud! Scam company! They will take your money /never sending the order. Attempted purchase Christmas gifts placed order , provided confirmation of credit card payment. But never ' ever got anything! I made attempts to contact this bullshit company 10 or more times via emails! Never got a response! I will never utilize a Chinese purchase again! I decided to file a complaint with the BBB. Only to see many other complaints identical to my own! Scam scam scam Please read all other complaints " Please do not give away your money on website or any other method they asked you to provide your exchange of funding! Scammer Alert ⚠️ update 3/19/26 My experience remains as noted above ! Company is a front for deception ' and theft of your money! I called , emailed and texted , never did hear back from anyone! It's been 4 months since theft by conversion ' never ever utilizing a Chinese company online! I wish I had read the many complaints here before I attempted to complete my order! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Backpack says it was delivered but I never received it. Tried numerous ways and times to reach More Than a Backpack. Never able to reach anyone and never received a response. So disappointing.
