Thanks for your feedback. I couldn’t find a record of you as a customer, but I still wanted to respond. All of our jewelry is still handcrafted in-house by our family, using gemstones we source directly through our travels to Africa and Asia. Each stone is custom-cut by master gem cutter Steve Moriarty, making our pieces truly one of a kind. As for pricing, any adjustments are based strictly on market changes—gold, for example, has risen over 30% in the past year, which directly impacts our costs. We take all feedback seriously, so if you have a specific experience you'd like to share, I’d love to hear more so we can continue improving for our customers.
