Once you contacted us, we immediately apologized and issued the remaining balance owed to you. So you did not lose the $44, you did receive it back after you let us know about the issue. Hi Henry - I did take a look at your complaint. There was a pricing mistake. A $345 pair of earrings was mistakenly priced at $3.45. This was not a deal, but a mistake. But we did not even manually cancel this. Our 3rd party fraud system did, so you were never charged (just pending charge that never went through). In our terms and conditions we do state that we have the right to cancel or contact you when pricing errors occur. I do apologize about this, but this was a pricing mistake. As far as "I've heard that they are a rip-off, I can understand the frustration about not getting a $345 pair of earrings for $3.45, but no reason to report false accusations like this. We have been in the jewelry business for almost 40 years now, have had a retail store for 25 years, and been online for 12 years. The last thing we would ever want to do is rip people off. We love our customers and it is the upmost importance that we only create the most amazing and high quality jewelry pieces that can be found online or in any store. Again, I do apologize about the pricing error you found. We will work to make sure that does not happen again. Thank you, The Moriarty Family
