I would also like to emphasize that I have successfully sold approximately ten of the items you purchased, all sourced from a legitimate supplier, without any issues. Given this context, I believe it is important to address your concerns and further investigate the counterfeit claim. Please advise on how we may proceed to effectively resolve this matter. I am committed to ensuring that you receive genuine products and am eager to clarify any misunderstandings. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your response. I have not yet received any emails, but I have thoroughly checked all my folders and emails, even utilizing advanced AI to ensure nothing was overlooked. Unfortunately, I still cannot locate the emails. I feel this may be because [email protected] is a private domain and not the normal @yahoo.com or @Gmail.com. I also contacted the MK representative from whom I purchased the product. It was confirmed that the product is indeed manufactured by MK, although various factors may affect the shade. I assured her that all my products are stored in an environmentally controlled area with appropriate air conditioning, heating, and humidity control. They are also kept away from direct sunlight. Additionally, I remove the cap, check for moisture, apply a foil seal, and secure it with a shrink-wrap band to ensure the integrity of the product. She acknowledged that this might be excessive, but I believe it is necessary. Although such occurrences are rare (this being my first), I will be issuing a full refund today. You may keep the product and any complimentary items as a gesture of goodwill. I hope you will consider giving More4less another opportunity in the future.
