Its been 9 days since I placed the…
I placed an order and constantly checked my package's tracking information but the tracking was not showing any progress for 9 days. Frustrated and unhappy, I contacted the seller, and the seller contacted the carrier and found out that the package got delayed due to weather condition. After that point, the package started moving through the carrier’s system and finally delivered 15 days later. Although I didn't receive the package when I needed it, the seller did everything he could to get me the package. Since the delay happened for the reason beyond his immediate control, I'll definitely continue to order from this seller in the future.

These photos document your package being inspected, prepared for shipping, and the completed package with the paid shipping label attached. Additionally, I’ve included all shipping correspondence records, including transactional details confirming the shipping payment was processed. As mentioned in the email, I will remain in communication with you until this unfortunate issue is resolved. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, as I work extremely hard to ensure customers receive the best service when shopping with More4less. Unfortunately, 99% of the issues customers experience are beyond my control as they occur after handing over items to the carrier.
