I tried to use MOOZ today and couldn't. All I got was an ad. I asked for help and no one responded. I'm very disappointed

The quality of this app is very poor, and there really are better options.

The worst app in the history of video calling apps! All the musician features like metronome, backing tracks, student-teacher synchronization, etc. are locked & are to be paid for. Audio is no better than Zoom or Google Meet. Video frames are dropped and choppy. Recording quality is very poor. To start with, the app gives a tour of all the features. Nothing seems to be extra-ordinary or new. It's all there in both Zoom & Google Meet. The only reason why anyone would think of downloading this app is for those musician features that are currently unavailable on other apps. The cheap pricing is a gimmick! You still need to have a Stripe account or an Apple account, which requires you to own a premium credit card which requires you to have a large bank account to begin with. Why would you price it low? What's the point, when only rich people can afford to own a Link, Stripe or an Apple account? If the video & audio is already better on Zoom, this is not really a replacement for Zoom at all! False advertising is something no one should tolerate! So much for the trial version and your useless presentations! The trial version should include all premium features. Why have a trial version otherwise? I had a poor experience with this app. Please refrain from using this app. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED! ❌❌❌

Update 10/22/25: Still getting unwanted emails from Mooz despite this public review and trying to gaslight me that I haven't used their unsubscribe (it doesn't work). They should have completely removed me manually by now and yet they haven't. Update: After leaving this review I finally was contacted by Anna. However, rather than acknowledging her neglect and taking responsibility she chose to make matters worse by trying to engage me in an email fight and claiming this is an unfair review. I have, and am keeping, proof of everything. It's far better to be accountable and correct the mistakes than to attempt to attack people who you want as customers. Very poor customer service experience. I hope she gets better at it. Company ignores requests to unsubscribe from their marketing emails and sent a group email disclosing the addresses of multiple people violating privacy protections. They don't answer the phone, don't respond to additional requests to be removed. If you value your clean email box and your company address not getting out DONT trial this app.

Lots of spam email, but very steep learning curve. Frustrating.
