I have been using MOOZ for a while now…
I have been using MOOZ for a while now for my online music lessons (piano and voice). The audio was good the first time I used it for voice lessons. High, loud tones were still heard clearly. But after some updates, there’s been some problems occurring and sometimes for piano lessons, the audio got very bad. I couldn’t hear my students well even if their internet connection is good. I tried contacting the customer service and they replied right away on what should I do. It improved a bit but the audio is still lacking a bit. I hope there will be more improvements in the future for this app. It has a lot of potential. I am still using it for my online music lessons and I can see improvements each time.
