I can finally teach without delay! I've been teaching online music since 2008, and finding ways for students to experience playing with someone else was always a challenge. But now, with MOOZ, I can accompany my students on the piano or as a backup vocalist in real time. Another mayor advantage is that I no longer have to move the camera around to see their fingerings and posture at the same time. I've only used two cameras so far, but the platform allows up to five! It truly feels as if I were right there with them. The video and sound quality are excellent. I'm still a bit uncomfortable with the microphone calibration, but the results are worth it. One important thing to note: you do need a strong internet connection to get the most out of the experience.

I tried Mooz because using Zoom for music lessons was more complicated than I would like. Zoom audio settings were not user friendly enough for all of my students. Further, the ability to hear instruments across different devices wasn’t consistent with Zoom. With Mooz, I am pleased with how straightforward it is to achieve the proper sound settings to hear instruments, particularly double bass. The default settings allow for musical sound to be heard and the echo and noise cancellation settings are simple toggles right on the default screen. No digging through layers of settings. I have had to sometimes select the noise cancellation option when my student doesn’t have headphones so I don’t hear myself echo. Even then, I am able to hear myself student’s instrument. Very impressed. As far as a can tell the same audio quality is achieved even if a student joins on a phone or a tablet with can save a lot of headache. This was reason enough for me to switch to Mooz. The other features tailored to music lessons are icing on the cake.

If someone told me that I could sing duets online, I would laugh! But mooz made that dream a reality. Sound is extremely clear, no lag, amazing calibration. But the n.1 for me is the sync mode in audio files. Also I am so satisfied about the support team and their availability. Always they are standby to answer a question. Thank so much. The MOOZ platform is amazing! Clear audio, sharp video, no lag time between sound and video. The interface is easy for my students to use and lessons are smoother and more efficient than any on any of the previous online platforms (Skype, Teams, Zoom, etc.) that i had to use before MOOZ was developed.
