When my first order came there was a scratch on it so I emailed Moofsy and sent them a picture. They sent me a replacement at no charge as soon as they got a new one made. Great customer service.

The gift was wonderful for my sister. I like that I could pick different backgrounds and the dog selection was good. I was expecting glass but the frame and all feels like plastic. Maybe I didn’t read the description well. My sister loved it so I’m happy.
