I would give 0 stars if I could. I have a small business where I creatively come up with my own designs and pictures. I go on this website and find MY designs and MY photos on here. The company never asked for rights to sell my products. This is completely copyright infringement. It’s better to support small businesses than to contribute to this website that steals designs AND photos!

This company advertised that this would be something completely different. 1. It was supposed to be on a canvas. 2. It was supposed to canvas material. It is literally just a poster, something that was not advertised. If I knew it was just going to be a poster and low quality I would have never paid that much to buy it.

If there were zero stars, I would have picked that. I ordered my shirt about a month ago and have not received it yet. I was hoping to have it by Mother's Day but it's not looking like that's going to happen. I obviously won't be ordering from Moosfy again.

Hello the picture is very cute however the shirt is very uncomfortable and it was sent to me dirty I don’t like the quality of the shirt I wish I hadn’t paid 30 something dollars for that T-shirt is very uncomfortable to wear

Updated: as you can see below, their customer service rep cannot even speak coherent English, which is forgivable, terrible customer service is not. The tracking information does NOT prove delivery to OUR address, only delivery to AN address, which was not ours. We paid for the item, paid shipping, and never received it. This company has the mindset that WE, not they, are accountable if THEIR chosen delivery provider fails. At this point, they have taken money, not delivered the item, and not even apologized or helped at all. Even their Facebook comments are filled with people in the same situation: never received their item and absolutely no help from the company. I cannot recommend anyone order from them for fear of being in the same situation. I cannot recommend anyone order anything from this site. I paid for an item, paid for shipping. The item says it was delivered. It was not. Tracking info said it was delivered to our mailbox. It could not have been bc there were already items in the mailbox. I am certain the item was delivered to the wrong address. We asked all of our neighbors, but it wasn't at any house or mailbox on our street. I tried to contact customer support via chat and no one responded. I contacted via email and after several back and forths of them insisting I run around the world to try and find this item, they determined with no proof that it was lost by the provider or stolen. They refused a refund and refused to ship a replacement. They offered absolutely no help, not even an apology for the failure of their delivery provider or discount on future order. They took my money and gave me nothing in return. They are thieves.

I ordered a tumbler for my sister. She has only had it 3 weeks and it is peeling in several spots. I asked if they would replace it and they said no, since it looked fine when it arrived, they won't do anything about it.

I placed an order December 3rd and have heard nothing back from them. I even emailed them. I really hope this comes in time for Christmas!
