After some problems receiving my jacket and having to cancel my order, your company sent me the jacket free of charge to make up for all the initial confusion. That shows the importance you stress on customer satisfaction. I thank you very much and will use and recommend your company to others. Well done!

Moosfy order was lost in transit....they refunded my money and shipped me out another item at no charge. They are awesome. will defiantly purchase from them again....GREAT customer service!!! I will have to add though you need size UP...way up...I wear X-large and got my jacket and it was more like a Medium and I could not wear 🫤. The jacket seemed of quality but the personalized part ( photo) was just iorned on and feel like it would come off with washing.
