Hi, We are sincerely sorry for not satisfied you with the customer service. We would appreciate so much if you coud tell us which part that you're not happy with our answer. Is there something to do with the lack of communication through email? We are always striving to improve. And the fulfill process is a bit slower than our normal standrd due to Coronavius.
