Rear tail light had one side go out, they said sent it back and I never hear from them again. They took my money and stopped responding to my email and phone calls. Do not buy from them!

The left half of my taillight went out after 9 months. After several days of emails, I finally get a return authorization. These clowns say they will either fix it or send me a new one. How do you fix a sealed light ? And what legit company would waste their time doing so ? The address I received is a P.O. Box , where my light continues to sit waiting for them to pick it up ! It’s been there over a week. Do not buy their junk, they don’t stand by the warranty and take their sweet time while customers wait.

Tried contacting them on returning a part as the quality was something from China. Their response, after me contacting them 5 times, was its great quality and better than stock. Not even close to stock quality and the fitment was poor. They have a 7 day return policy which is terrible in itself just long enough to push you off until they dont have to return it. Youd have to pay the shipping to send it back to them regardless too. What a joke customer service is, guy was rude and taunting. BUYERS BEWARE!

I have sent this company 2 emails now using the “contact us” part of their web page and both times received the “we’ll get back to you as soon as possible” the soon meaning never. The enquiry was about a need to purchase of one of their products so I am at a loss as to why no reply. I will take my business elsewhere as they obviously don’t need mine. Very poor customer service.
