Ordered new headlight for my Dyna Street bob. It was used!!! They were very sorry when I emailed them and told me they will send a new one. Well.. they haven't sent me a new one nor they reply to my emails anymore.. Now I'm thinking what to do next

Tommy was extremely helpful and professional. Worked with him a couple times and both times he was positive and had answers to my questions.

Straight garbage! Ordered 3 shirts and they are super, cheap, thin, cotton shirts. The decals are ironed on and just horrible quality. It’s honestly a $5 shirt but I truly got bent over and tooken advantage of after buying this trash and receiving it. After seeing that’s it’s made in California, makes a lot more sense. Horrible quality from a horrible state.

I did think the product was acceptable however I returned it and never got a refund. I have disputed it with my credit card company considering I followed the return policy. That’s pretty unprofessional to attempt to monetarily get over on people. Do the right thing.

Absolutely worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Cheap Chinese parts marked up 10x with horrible customer service. Almost exact same tail light they sell is on Amazon for $25. They advertise lifetime warranty and I sent pictures of the lie cheap light that broke and got no response. Bolts that hold on tail light screw into cheap bottle plastic that broke from vibration, they lie about lifetime warranty. So I ordered and paid for part to replace the broken one on my bike and it says 24-48 shipping time, ordered on Sunday and they shipped on Thursday then replied to my email by quoting the 24-48 hour handling time, yet it had been longer than that. Horrible customer service, garbage parts. I’ll be doing a YouTube review video to fully expose the broken part, their knowledge of it and their dismissive emails where they refuse to do what they state on their site (lifetime warranty and 24-48 shipping time. Beware of this company

I ordered two of their handlebar bags and the zippers failed in the same place on both of them. They assured me if i sent in the second bag, they would either replace or refund but now they won't respond to emails about it after i spent money to ship it back to them. After reading reviews, it seems others are having the exact same experience. I don't recommend doing business with them.

Ordered a handlebar bag. Used it twice with 2 things in it and the zipper broke. They told me to ship it back and they would repair or replace. They tried to tell me that i had put something in the bag that caused the zipper to get caught. I responded that was incorrect. After 2 months they just stopped responding and have not sent my bag back yet.

I placed an order for a headlight, but it never arrived. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone, the company vanished without responding. This is a clear case of a scam, and I'm extremely disappointed in their unprofessional and deceptive business practices.
