I'm struggling to provide a three…
I'm struggling to provide a three customer service was prompt. Unfortunately, there's no description of how the process works. You're under the assumption that your package would be delivered by car only to then get that it'll be delivered by mail. That's not a fast process and I just can't see myself doing business with this company. I can't leave a review of the product because I haven't received anything and it's been days.

Nikita, you ordered for USPS Priority Mail at about 8pm on Friday night of Labor Day weekend and we shipped the package out on the next day - Saturday. Almost nobody ships out on Saturdays, especially Labor Day weekend. We sent you a text message with the tracking number on Saturday as well. You’ve now left a 3 star review 24 hours later on Sunday, the following day, again on Labor Day weekend, before the US Postal Service can even get it to you. Not really sure what you were expecting to have happen within the timeframe of Friday night at 8pm to Sunday.

The packaging made me feel like I was short changed. It’s a little lower quality in my opinion not manufacturing quality but persepection quality. With so many options in Nashville. The experience is important to think about

DI, thanks for the review! It sounds like your review is focused on our delivery packaging. We have made the conscious decision to use extremely plain and basic delivery packaging to increase discretion for our customers as well as lower visibility for our drivers to reduce any potential safety issues while they are delivering. Using fancier delivery packaging makes things “stand out” and because of how we prepare it, we’ve never had a packaging failure or issue even in inclement weather. For most of our customers this is greatly appreciated, and we can easily prepare your next order with the fancy/higher visibility stuff, just ask. And if you’re referring to product packaging, our products typically use childproof/tamper resistant that offers great damage protection, excellent sealing characteristics and from major manufacturers that ensure good quality without questionable materials. They are extremely popular in the rec state dispensaries.
