What I value about Moonpreneur is that they not only care about the technical skills, they want the kids to develop their soft skills, ability to show their work, express their ideas.

Total fraud. Free workshop that promised 5 classes but then told they will take payment for a full month within 4 classes. Nothing much to offer in classes, so i cancelled after 3rd. They still charged full month 169 and are not refunding it back.

My nephew has been attending Moonpreneur’s robotics and coding classes for the past couple of years, and he’s genuinely enjoyed them. Before this, he used to lose interest pretty quickly with online classes, but this is one of the few activities he’s consistently stuck with. I think a big reason is that the sessions don’t feel overly rigid or academic. One thing I’ve noticed is how much more comfortable he’s become with figuring things out on his own. Earlier, he’d get frustrated very quickly if something didn’t work. Now he treats it more like trial and error and keeps experimenting until he gets it right. It’s been nice seeing that change happen naturally over time.

They claim to have local robotics classes in a local hotel. Then last minute say that the venue has been switched online. In my city, they use the Days Inn hotel as the original location for an in-person robotics class, which enticed me to sign up my child. Then they said it moved online. I called the Days Inn to ask if they ever had a booking for a room from Moonpreneur and they said no it is a scam. Upon further investigation, I realized they do this in cities all over the world claiming that they’ve booked a room for a venue and a local hotel (with limited spots) in order to obtain your personal information and sign up your child, then they say it moved online. These people are clearly scammers- don’t deal with them.

The instructors are great ! Very patient to explain details, background so they are completely aware of the minor details needed at every step !

A excellent session led by a fantastic instructor. The course is very well- structured, easy to follow, and highly engaging. I would absolutely recommend attending.

This place is a scam. Moonpreneur employees named Puja Dey and Armughan Qazi, I am waiting over a week for a resolution regarding my refund. I have sent several emails and called and you still have not answered. You indicated that the matter will be resolved in 24-48 hours. It’s been a week. I need my full $139.00 refund. At this point you have left me no option but to report you to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

I had a very disappointing experience with Moonpreneur. Even after cancelling the classes, they continued to charge us. When we requested a refund, the response has been extremely slow, with no clear resolution or timeline provided. The lack of transparency and poor customer service has been frustrating. It should not take this long to process a simple refund, especially after services have been cancelled. Overall, this has been a waste of money and time. I would not recommend their services based on my experience.
