I had ordered 2 of these about 4 yrs ago for my grandson and daughter. They came timely and each was in a box with a card saying the name of the stuffed critter. I recently ordered one in the past month for a friend who is battling an aggressive cancer and can't always be around people, so I wanted her to have a 'hug'. Unfortunately this one came in a bag and the bag was torn in the shipping process. I have emailed 3 times and messaged them through FB, NO RESPONSE. Nothing. I have searched for any kind of contact online but there is none. I recommend you really consider if buying this is worth the hastle. I am trying to send this one back that got damaged and did not come in a box, and still nothing.

Assigning 1 star is an overreach. This company has successfully received funds without delivering the product. They are also non responsive to emails or order updates. They completely and utterly shattered my young girls dreams when items did not arrive pre bday or any other day thereafter. ( 2 months delay) Do not buy from this company unless you are use to disappointing or trying to disappoint your child. No parent should be seen as a lair or an adult that makes empty promises in their child’s eye.

They boast quick delivery times and great customer service which is just lies. Despite ordering in plenty of time for my daughters birthday, it arrived very late. Not because of postal delays but because they didn't dispatch it for ages. I sent 3 emails over a period of time, all of which were ignored so customer service is non existent! Would not buy from again!

I would love to review this product but I spent $62 and never received it. The shipper they used FedEx gave it to SmartPost and they delivered it to some house in the wrong zip code. Moon Pals takes no responsibility and Smart Post will only let the shipper, Moon Pals, file a claim. I just threw $62 out the window but the worst part is my grand daughter was expecting it in the mail.
