I have used MoonMother products for a little over a year now and they are great. I was introduced to them from a local distributor who unfortunately closed up shop and instead of trying to find another distributor I chose to go contactless and order directly from the company. The descriptions given on the website are accurate and informative. The products are packaged secure for shipment and in a manor to ensure they are free from being damaged. The processing of my order was smooth and prompt. There are no worries when ordering direct from MoonMother. I highly recommend them. I do want to let you know about the receiving of my order which is in no way the fault of MoonMother. I received confirmation of shipping on Monday December 21st after placing my order on the 19th. At check out I opted for the free 2-3 day priority shipping as I had no immediate need for my order. However, even though the shipping label on the package said 2 day priority mail I received my order yesterday January 2nd so I would encourage a faster shipping method if you have a more immediate need for the products. I know the USPS has been overwhelmed with the Covid problem and the Postmaster General's reorganizing of the postal service but I thought this 12 day time frame was quite excessive to receive a 2 day priority shipment. I hope MoonMother can recover any extra expense they paid for the priority service. Even with this shipping issue MoonMother will be receiving future orders from me as their product is excellent.
