I've only used this four nights. I think I'm sleeping deeper but I don't feel anything else yet. Plus I don't know about the dosage. I did a lot of research and this company offered the purest high content with a price that is better than what you get elsewhere. I'm sure it seems expensive but when you do the math it's 8 cents a mg for the 2500 bottle. Plus one drop equals 3 mg. I have the peppermint and I can't taste anything but that so it tastes good and really not like anything under your tongue. Getting the drops right is hard because it is so light you can't tell it's there. My husband said he sleeps better but nothing else either. Again we just started and need to work out the dosage. I really doubt another brand would be better when comparing processes, purity, strength, etc. Four stars only because some people say they have instant pain relief.
