About 14 years ago I gave up on cd’s, embracing Qobuz streaming as the next best thing. I ripped my cds to hard drive then gave most of them away. 2400 cd’s were too heavy & bulky to move around or store. And finding new music via streaming was the greatest. Then I read the Aug 2024 Stereophile article on the Teac 701t cd transport and was very intrigued. I bought a used Audolab 6000 cd for $300. It was Fun! I bought a bunch of new release box sets cds, mostly newer recordings. I finally decided take the plunge, & spend 9x more on the Teac than I did in the Audiolab to see if the reviews were accurate. It was available from a few sources but I chose Moon Audio, knowing their long term stellar reputation, and having purchased from them previously. The transaction was flawless, communication was the best, and I LOVE the Teac. It provides a significant step up in sound quality. Almost spooky, so corporeal & ‘muscular’. I rarely buy new gear but I’m so glad I did, & can recommend the folks at Moon wholeheartedly.

Quite impressed with the ease of my experience with Moon Audio. I have a rather complex audiophile set up and Moon was able to deftly and imaginatively worked with me to re-cable my entire set up as well as add a couple new high end components that have truly been massive upgrades in what I thought was already the best set up I'd heard! Their patience and willingness to really listen to what my vision was really stood out to me. Very rare in my experience. Top notch business and I WILL be back!

I don't normally leave reviews but my first experience ordering with Moon Audio was a thoroughly positive one worthy of feedback. I had been looking for a trustworthy place to order a quality gift for my brother but time was running out and so I took a chance on Moon Audio. I placed my order on a Friday morning with overnight shipping in the hopes that I could get it in time to wrap it up as a welcome home gift to my brother. But there was an issue verifying my payment. Moon Audio support reached within minutes of the failed notification by phone and email to help me correct the issue. We got it resolved and they got the shipping prepared that morning and shipped out my item that afternoon. It arrived Saturday morning and I wrapped it up and gave it to my brother the next day and he's already using the new headphones and absolutely loves them! I now know where I will first shop for audio equipment online. :)
