I ordered a pair of binding posts. One of the two came a bit damaged but I was able to fix it. Not Moon-Audio's fault directly. However, might want to package with a bit more protection as the binding post metal is soft and can be easily bent. Easy to fix, though. Fast service and I got what I ordered. Would do business with again,.

The delivery date was constantly changing. The package was securely packaged. The headphone has exceed my expectation. The product is well made and comfortable to wear during extended listening sessions.

Hi Charles, thanks so much for the review. Since you placed an order during the Black Friday weekend, the Fedex system was a bit overloaded during this time due to the sheer volume of shipments.
