eSim unfortunately not working
Unfortunately my zimbambwe eSim appear to not work on two different devices. I can't figure out how to use it even with the assistance, that was fast in answering and really gentle. I'll give another chance on my next trip!

Bought Japan SIM
Bought Japan SIM, worked great. There was a problem with crypto payments but it was resolved by support within 2 minutes

Satisfied
This is my first time using an eSIM for travel. Installation was easy and I was able to add the eSIM profile with one click. The 180 day activation period allowed me to buy the eSIM a month before my trip. Overall the service worked great.
