Zero or negative stars if possible. Order and credit card charge confirmed just over SIX (6) weeks ago. No product delivered, no shipping/tracking number that works. Very unsatisfactory experience.

Terrible experience - the shirts are not as described, the fabric is extremely cheap and they do not accept returns so you are stuck with it! They are extremely dishonest - do not buy from this company!!!!!!!!

Unbelievably BAD service. Ordered product (shirts) on October 9, received ONE of two and not only is the quality of the shirt terrible, but it isn't made very well at all (bad stitching, terrible material) but the size of it is wonky. I requested a return and they tell me they WILL NOT accept a return/refund because: We cannot agree to return the product. A size charts is always attached to the product image on our store, you should read it carefully before ordering. Our products are not available on store, it is customized Items. You have chosen the size, we will follow the size correctly and in fact, you have received the correct size you have set. We hope you understand this situation. SO WARNING TO YOU - do not order anything unless you are willing to keep something you do not want to keep. REFUNDS/RETURNS do not exist.

ZERO STAR REVIEW! Do not buy anything from this company. They shipped me a defective shirt and are now giving me the run around for a refund even though I have sent them a photo. They are in China and ship very slowly and think they can scam American buyers. I am a merchant so I know how to get my money back from the credit card processor.

If I could give negative stars I would. They use false advertising to sell products. They refuse to refund even if you are right. Terrible.

This business has been the worst place to conduct anything with. I placed an order back on 10/11/2020 trusting their information that orders shipped within 3-5 business days. As of today 11/18/2020 this item still has not been received. I tried to cancel after several attempts to find out why the delay and told I could not do so since they started production. I have put a claim into stop payment but have yet to receive my money back. For two weeks the tracking number for USPS still has t shown as being received for what they say is being shipped. Fair warning! Do not do business with this company!
